Diffusers

High-efficiency flat Aerostrip® diffusers for aeration in biological processes.

The flat diffuser from Aerostrip® is characterized by its low profile, installed directly at the bottom of the biological reactor, utilizing the entire available liquid height. It features a thin polyurethane membrane with micro perforations, allowing the generation of micro air bubbles in the water with an approximate diameter of 1mm.

Agitators

The Hyperclassic® by Invent is a vertical shaft agitator with a hyperboloid-shaped body installed near the bottom. It was specifically developed and optimized for applications in the water and sanitation sector. Hyperboloid agitators have high efficiency and low energy consumption, and they do not have any submerged metal parts.

MBR

Cembrane's silicon carbide ceramic membranes are currently the best technology for membrane bioreactors (MBR). They enable the highest and most sustainable flow rate. It is a hydrophilic material, meaning it is naturally permeable to water. It operates at higher flow rates and with higher concentrations of solids. Its resistance and chemical inertness allow for more aggressive cleaning methods.

Plastic technologies

Brentwood develops plastic equipment for water treatment, such as: scraper systems and non-metallic belts for clarifiers; PVC and PP lamella modules for increasing the settling surface area; and filling media for trickling filters.
