WAVE aims to control and reduce the risk of Legionella proliferation and transmission in medium and high-risk facilities by implementing a risk assessment and a detailed and well-founded preventive plan, technically and scientifically, to control existing critical points. RISK ASSESSMENT of Legionella in various facilities (commercial buildings, service buildings, factories, etc.) at their critical points (plumbing network, HVAC system, irrigation system, cooling towers, boilers, etc.). Characterization is carried out according to criteria defined in specific documentation, particularly BSR/ASHRAE Standard 188P and BS 8580:2010, ACOP L8, DL 52/2018, and Decree Law no. 52/2018 and Ordinance no. 25/2021.

Water Treatment Service

Treatment Program

Installation and configuration of the necessary equipment for the circuit treatment system. We provide and dose biocides and anti-scaling agents in water circuits, such as cooling towers.

ATP Control

Evaluation of microbiological growth on-site through ATP analysis on surfaces and in water. The results are made available online in real-time for the client to have access to all the information. There is also the possibility of establishing an alarm system.

Facility Maintenance Programs

We manage the treatment and maintenance plan for cooling towers, including regular cleaning and disinfection, in compliance with DL 52/2018 of August 20th and the recommendations of Sectoral Commission for Water CS/04: "Legionella Control and Prevention in Water Systems" - IPQ.

WAVE provides its clients with an online platform where all the records of our technicians' visits are stored, including the results of field analysis for physical-chemical and microbiological parameters of water and surfaces. A dashboard is also available, providing a comprehensive historical analysis and corresponding statistical evaluation.
